Welcome to Haven House a large detached
house built in the 1924 with spectacular
uninterrupted views over the town, river and
harbour.
The house can sleep 5/6 people in 3 spacious
bedrooms, all with outstanding views over the
harbour and town below. The accommodation would
suit a family holiday or a shorter break for
couples and friends.
We are open all year round so you can enjoy the
beauty of Cornwall’s changing seasons, each with

House is in a quiet location, yet only a couple
of minutes walk down the hill to the centre of
the historic fishing port of Looe with its
winding narrow streets, fish market, shops,
restaurants and sandy beach with distinctive
Banjo Pier. The south west coast path is just a
short stroll away and all things maritime with
fishing, boating, diving and sailing within easy
reach. There is easy parking outside the house
for 2 cars, but please note that access is via
15 steps down from the parking area.

The house is centrally heated and has WiFi
Internet access throughout. Freshly laundered
linen and towels are supplied and electricity is
included in the price of your holiday, but
heating is on a card meter. * See booking

Smoking is not permitted inside the
house, but we are happy for guests to
smoke outside on the patio area.
We are committed to
sustainable tourism and try to protect
the beautiful Cornish coast and
countryside where ever possible. We live
close by and are on hand to offer
assistance during your stay in Looe. The
large garden is home to 10 free range
chickens – guests are welcome to feed
the chickens and sample some truly fresh
free range eggs.
